Comets surprisingly emits heavy metal vapors, incl. Interstellar 2I/Borisov

Heavy metal vapors have been detected in the atmospheres of comet C/2016 R2 and interstellar comet 2I/Borisov. Teams from the University of Liège in Belgium and Jagiellonian University in Poland used the European Southern Observatory's Very Large Telescope observations to study the comets.
