SpaceX launches Intelsat 40e satellite with NASA TEMPO instrument, nails landing

SpaceX launched the the Intelsat 40e commercial communications satellite into orbit with the NASA TEMPO Earth observation instrument aboard on April 7, 2023. Full Story: https://www.space.com/spacex-intelsat-satellite-nasa-tempo-experiment-launch The Falcon 9 rocket lifted off from Florida's Cape Canaveral Space Force Station at 12:30 a.m. EDT (0430 GMT) and the first stage landed on a drone ship in the Atlantic Ocean. The Tropospheric Emissions: Monitoring of Pollution instrument (TEMPO) "will measure pollution of North America, from Mexico City to the Canadian oil sands, and from the Atlantic to the Pacific hourly and at high spatial resolution," according to the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory and NASA.
