Those things are creepy! The couple, known only as Nicklas and Elin, filmed an encounter between the moray eel and an octopus, which started with the eel attempting to eat the octopus for breakfast. But the predator failed to consume its prey, and as the octopus made off toward safety, the moray eel charged at the snorkelers with its mouth wide open. 5. Meat-Eating Fleas Feast On Australian Teen Great! Something else to worry about in Australia!! Despite another instructor’s best efforts to save the man’s life, he succumbed to the mysterious and unbearably painful sting before additional help could arrive. 3. Deadly Sea Snake In late 2018, Australian fisherman Harry Evans was fatally bitten by a sea snake, resulting in the first sea snake-related death in Australia in over 80 years.
