Creepy Looking 'Dobby Creature' Spotted in Night Video - IS IT REAL?

So here we go again. A woman claims to have captured a strange creature on her CCTV camera at her home. Many say it looks like an alien, some say Dobby from Harry Potter and other say its is just weird. She said: "So I woke up Sunday morning and saw this on my camera and am trying to figure out...what the heck?? First I saw the shadow walking from my front door then I saw this thing....has anyone else seen this on their cameras?? The other two cameras didn’t pick it up for some reason." This is our investigation and analysis of the footage she caught.
