China launches Gaofen-12 03 Earth observation satellite, rocket sheds tiles

A Long March 4C rocket launched the Gaofen-12 03 Earth observation satellite from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center on June 27, 2022. The satellite will be used in a “variety of fields including land surveys, urban planning” and more, according to China Central Television (CCTV).
