China launches observation satellites, both rockets shed tiles

A Chinese Long March-4C rocket launched the Gaofen-3 02 Earth observation satellite on Nov. 23, 2021 from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. On Nov. 20, a Long March-4B launched the Gaofen-11 03 observation satellite from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center. Both rockets normally shed insulation tiles during launch.
