Return of the mystifying glowing sphere that releases smaller spheres above Mesa, Arizona

Maybe it's just a coincidence but the entire sighting is similar to the sighting in December 2004 when a Long Beach Police helicopter captured on the infrared camera (FLIR) a glowing sphere releasing smaller spheres towards the ground too.
