A focal frame focus on an entire image that is in focus will not cause aberration...the out of focus areas MAY cause slight chromatic aberration...it would be the EDGES of the entire image that could show some chromatic aberration....it can be ruled out by descending the F-stop.Case Closed...those lingering on the fact the moon has chromatic aberration is just like saying the water has ripples and posting that on your Twitter..I think everyone knows.
