Bell like Object caught on security camera in Encinal, Texas

Witness states: "A bell shaped ufo, above texas ranches moves in several directions, leaving a trail of light that made it look as if it was slowing down time. we captured it with the high quality hd cameras we had available at work for security purposes. i took a copy of the video years ago and have been afraid to publicly post it. i worked at this location and can provide additional information. the craft was making a buzzing sound while moving before just vanishing or turning off its lights."
